The Axis forces have defeated your main army in the field and are rolling toward your populated areas. You are the last general leading forces to stop them and you need to buy time for your defenses to rally. Defend your fortress against waves of enemy infantry, tanks, and artillery. When ready, launch an attack with your own combined arms forces to take down the enemy's forward base of operations. Choose a branch of the military to specialize in: Armor to get better tanks, Anti-tank jeeps to command longer ranged and faster shooting artillery, or Infantry - who bring with them tougher and quicker foot soldiers that can ambush and easily kill the mobile artillery deployed against you. Allocate your resources wisely and put into play the best combinations of your three kinds of troops. Each has a special advantage against the others. But be careful, since the enemy general is watching what you do and working on his own strategies to bring you down!
